Backgrounds Remover (the Service) is offered by Alder Street Imaging. By using this Service you agree to these Terms and to the documents they reference, including the Acceptable Use Policy and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Your images
Use the Service only with images you have the right to edit. Processing happens on your device; you remain responsible for the images you process and for how you use the results.
3. Open-source components
The Service includes open-source software under its own licenses, listed on the open-source credits page.
4. No warranty
The Service is provided on an as is basis, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. Automatic background removal can be inaccurate; check the result before you rely on it.
